Why we exist
Lack of safe place for honest feedback
Even in companies that care about their employees, corporate culture and salary dependence create pressure to hide true feelings. Without a safe space for honest feedback, problems are never identified thus never solved.
The employee engagement industry is broken
Companies invest on surveys that measure everything except what matters. Employees fill out annual questionnaires that disappear into a black hole. HR teams get 40-page reports full of statistics that don’t help fixing the actual issues
Solving problems should be the norm
Unhappy employees quit, burn out, or underperform. We strongly believe it would instead benefit everyone to find solutions rather than letting employees quit.

The simplest solution is often the best. If our platform identifies a problem that can be easily fixed, we won’t bother writing a long report full of useless statistics. Problem, solution, done.
